Using the following core
products as our foundation, T&O's accident and health team tailors programs
to bundle traditional coverage with non-traditional benefits and features. With
this flexibility, insureds receive the coverage they most need whether on a
fully insured or self-insured basis.
Additionally, since 1978,
T&O has developed and administrated Association Plans for area chambers of
commerce and other business associations. These programs offer clients with
1-99 employees bundled group benefits on par with large business benefit plans
with the added feature of being able to mix indemnity, HMO, PPO, & POS
plans - remarkable flexiblility for small businesses
